THE DETAILS

Upgrade your habits
in a mind-first way

You probably don’t need another reason to change.

You need a way to practise change every day.

RTM works through 5 repeatable steps that help you take action and achieve growth.

You're not trying to force yourself into a new life overnight. You're giving your brain daily proof that a different pattern is available.

Small, consistent actions are the foundation of big change: One decision. One focus block. One completed task.

It works by repeating the process until it sticks, freeing up space for more of what you want.

Notice → Regulate → Act → Reward → Grow →

YOU DON’T GROW BY WAITING UNTIL YOU FEEL READY.

YOU GROW BY CREATING CONFIDENCE AND SELF-TRUST THROUGH ACTION.

PATTERN BY PATTERN.
DAY BY DAY.

Notice → Regulate → Act → REWARD → Grow →

FIVE STEPS TO MAJOR  GROWTH

Step 1. Notice the loop

When you avoid a task or procrastinate, there's a neural pattern behind it.

RTM helps you track that pattern by noticing things like:

What state was I in? What distracted me? What was I avoiding? What did my body need? What was the old loop pulling me back to?

This changes the way you work through your day. Seeing patterns as information gives you more control.

You stop asking "what's wrong with me?" You start asking "what's the pattern?"

That's the first shift.

FIVE STEPS TO MAJOR  GROWTH

Step 2. REGULATE

When you're tired, anxious, or irritated, it's harder to do what you actually wanted to do.

That's why regulation is built into RTM.

A regulated nervous system leads to better choices.

You're teaching your brain and body that action doesn't need to come from pressure, panic, or force.

Once you can pause, settle, and return to yourself, you have more "space" between the trigger and the response.

That "space" is where growth happens. It gives you a runway to stay disciplined without having to resist it.

FIVE STEPS TO MAJOR  GROWTH

Step 3. ACT

The goal isn't to do everything in a day.

The goal is to choose one action at a time that supports your future self.

That might be: finishing a focus block, improving your routine, resting before burnout, doing something you'd usually delay.

It doesn't need to look impressive.

It just needs to be done.

Every completed action gives your brain evidence that you are someone who makes progress.

This is how self-trust builds.

FIVE STEPS TO MAJOR  GROWTH

Step 4. REward

Reward teaches your brain that progress is worth repeating.

Usually, you'd do something well, then move straight to the next pressure point. RTM prompts you to recognise what changed.

You're no longer trying to convince yourself that you're growing, because you can see the evidence in the framework.

Reward also matters because your brain learns through reinforcement, making it easier to do again and again.

Why? Dopamine.

Dopamine is the key to turning conscious tasks into automatic habits by strengthening neural pathways in your brain.

FIVE STEPS TO MAJOR  GROWTH

Step 5. GROW

Growth is easier when you understand your own patterns.

Over time, RTM helps you understand what supports your focus, mood, energy, and decisions.

You start seeing the connections – how sleep affects your focus, movement affects your confidence, light affects your rhythm, routines affect your self-trust.

This is where the system becomes personalised.

You start learning how your brain and body respond.

Then you build your days around that knowledge.

This creates better conditions for the version of you that already wants to focus and grow.

The Neuroscience

why it works

Research in executive function, neuroplasticity, and stress consistently shows:

Repeated small actions strengthen neural pathways more effectively than intensity and force. Self-identity becomes more stable when it is supported by behavioural evidence. Dysregulation and stress can suppress prefrontal control and amplify reactive responses.

The objective?

Increase regulatory capacity so that action feels easier, allowing you to focus on your goals.

RTM is developed around this principle to achieve growth.
